Steinhusith Hotel - Holmavik

The room at Steinhusith was huge and beautiful, with a living room and a lounge. The location was favorable, being really close to the center of Holmavik, the sea, and the main attraction in town - the Museum of Witchcraft and Sorcery. It was also easily accessible and near the two restaurants in town.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better. It is right in the center, close to the harbour, making it convenient to explore the area. Plus, it is directly in front of the Icelandic Sorcery & Witchcraft museum, allowing for easy access to a unique cultural experience. being close to the only restaurant opened at night ensures that finding a place to eat is never a problem.

There was a lack of communication when it came to important details about the property. the owner failed to mention the steepness and number of flights of stairs, which could be problematic with knee or walking issues.

The staff was pleasant and good. Reasonably large and huge room with a kitchenette. The location was peaceful and comfortable - easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

Finally got to experience what it's like to have a conversation with walls, thanks to the paper-thin ones at this guest house. The lounge room had some lovely views, if you can ignore the noises from next door.

Who needs privacy anyway? I thoroughly enjoyed hearing every single conversation and bathroom break of my fellow guests through the walls.
